☎️ Explanation of the method

As stated above, a UX Survey collects quantitative and qualitative data about a user’s interactions and experiences with our product. This method is useful when looking for additional insights on top of other UX research methods. This template looks into both quantitative and qualitative survey questions.

UX Surveys are useful to receive direct feedback that can help improve the UX of the product, reduce churn, and raise users up as they feel more important. By generating qualitative and quantitative data about how our users feel about their experience and interactions we can improve the product.
